8,000 books from Borders donated to CPS

Hilco Trading LLC, the Northbrook-based company which is handling the liquidation of Borders, is donating 8,000 “academic quality” books (worth approximately $130,000) to Chicago Public Schools. You can read more about it here and here. ~ Olivia
