The EPL Main Library Basement Garage offers free, convenient parking for our patrons for up to four hours.
Surface Lot East of the Main Library (North of the Woman’s Club of Evanston)
Hours: This metered lot is accessible 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Rates: Parking meters are enforced from 8 am to 9 pm Monday through Saturday. Meters cost $2.00/hour. Maximum time allowed is 4 hours. Parking is free after 9 pm Monday through Saturday and on Sunday.
