On Friday, June 14, the experts at the Chicago Peregrine Project at the Field Museum, stopped by the Evanston Public Library to catch, band, name and release our four falcon chicks. Meet:
- Noodin, male, name submitted by Jean Smiling Coyote, (“Noodin” is the Ojibwe word for “wind.”)
- Millennium Falcon, male, name submitted by Nancy Engel
- Eclipse, female, submitted by Silvia
- Megatron, male, submitted by Teo Siegel-Acevedo
