Memory Care

The Evanston Public Library offers a supportive community with regular programming and resources for those experiencing memory changes and their caregivers.

Dementia Care Workshop series is brought to the library by Renewal Memory Partners. Call 847-448-8620 or click on the links below to register. Registration required.

Virtual Memory Café is a supportive and engaging community of those living with memory changes and their care partners, featuring a different theme for each meeting, including: music, armchair travel, brain games, and more. No registration required.

OAsis is an in-person Memory Café that also includes other Older Adults:  20 spaces available each month. Registration is required.

  • Day & Time: Monthly on 3rd Saturday from 1 pm – 2 pm

Dementia Caregivers Support Group, sponsored by the Alzheimer’s Association, provides a confidential support group for caregivers of those experiencing memory changes. No reservation required.
