Room Rental
Our library provides public meeting rooms for rent at affordable rates, perfect for community events, workshops, and group meetings. Contact us at (847) 448-8600 for information on availability, rental fees, and booking procedures, or submit your rental request online using the links below.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be 18 or older.
- Public Meeting Rooms are available to nonprofit groups, and meetings and events must be free and open to the public.
- The person submitting the application form will be held responsible for all fees and damages.
- The Library should be notified of any canceled meetings or programs.

Community Meeting Room
Our largest meeting room on the 1st floor of the Main Library with accessible seating and power.
Fee: $60
Max Capacity: 75 people
Room includes:
- Projector / Screen
- Tables / Chairs
- Sound System
- Kitchen access available on request
Available Setups:
- Theater (rows of chairs facing the front)
- Banquet (tables spread out with seating for four people)
- Discussion (tables in a u-shape)
- Classroom (staggered tables with seating for two facing the front)
Falcon Room
Meeting room on the 3rd floor of the Main Library with accessible seating and power.
Fee: $60
Max Capacity: 60 people
Room includes:
- 86" TV with HDMI connection
- Tables / Chairs
Available Setups:
- Theater (rows of chairs facing the front)
- Banquet (tables spread out with seating for four people)
- Discussion (tables in a u-shape)
- Classroom (staggered tables with seating for two facing the front)
Small Meeting Room
Meeting room on the 1st floor of the Main Library with accessible seating and power.
Fee: $30
Max Capacity: 24 people
Room includes:
- Projector / Screen
- Tables / Chairs

- Boardroom (central table surrounded by chairs)
