Blueberry Awards Info
Welcome to the Blueberry Awards, an annual nature & climate award for kids' literature 3 - 10+ which will help you reach students and patrons with the best eco-literature for kids!
You can use the Blueberry Awards lists every year to:
- Create wonderful Earth Month displays, storytimes and community collaborations!
- Recommend books to students and patrons lookingfor good information about our earth, handled sensitively that won't lead to climate anxiety
- Create outdoor book walks
- Invite authors or illustrators for author visits
- Join in on our Blueberry Votes Program! (K-2 kids vote on an abbreviated list of prospective Blueberry Award winners; report the winning title into the Blueberry Committee! (we will take your kids' votes into account in our final selections!)
