Planned Service Interruption 8/28-9/3

News You Should Know:

From 10:00 PM August 28th through 8:00 AM September 3rd, a planned service interruption will take place. During this time, the following services will be unavailable due to a system upgrade:

  • New library card registration
  • Placing holds through the Library catalog
  • Paying fines
  • Interlibrary loans
  • Self-checkout machines
  • Some downloadable and streaming services
  • Real-time updates to your account when returning books

Why the interruption? We’re performing important system maintenance to welcome a new partner library into the CCS consortium. This exciting addition will expand the number of physical books you can borrow — giving you access to a larger, richer collection across all member libraries.

Please note:

🔹 This upgrade affects physical borrowing services, not our digital library.
🔹 No account information will be lost — your data is safe. However, your account details (like current checkouts or holds) may be temporarily unavailable during the upgrade window.

We expect all services to return to normal after 10:00 PM on September 2. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we make improvements to better serve you. We can’t wait for you to enjoy the expanded borrowing options coming your way!
