The Evanston Public Library Board of Trustees meets on the third Wednesday of every month at 6:30 PM in the Main Library’s Community Meeting Room unless noted. The public is welcome. Meetings are held hybrid in person and on Zoom. The public link to the Zoom meeting can be found at the top of each meeting agenda. View current and past agenda and minutes in the menu. Minutes are posted after Board approval.
Public Comment
Members of the public may address the board during the Public Comment period at the beginning of each meeting. To sign up to address the board virtually, please complete the Public Comment Sign-In form to let our staff know you wish to speak. To address the board in person, please use the sign-in sheet at in the meeting room.
